       Body is our valuable property

       Love our body

       Love our healthy

       Do exercises regularly

      

      Take care our healthy

      Eat nutritious food

      Staying safe and healthy

      Avoid junk food

    

     Food and exercise aren't enough

     Rest also keeps you healthy and tough

     How many hours do you sleep at night?

     Get enough rest, so you'll feel right!
